Artist Petr Ptáček

1994-2002 assistant professor at the graphic workshops of the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague
2007/2008 teacher of the studio of applied graphics at the SSUŠ of Design

In his work he uses painting, drawing and graphic art. He paints in watercolour and oil, in graphic art he mainly uses the lithography technique, which is used to create graphic sheets, but also dozens of ex libris and New Year’s cards. In addition to free drawings and paintings, he has produced book illustrations, applied painting and graphics, including designs for postage stamps. In his prints and paintings he portrays the magical world of technology and people. Since 1991 he has been living and working in Prague.
