The exhibition Concerts captures musical performers whose concerts the artist has photographed over the last three years.

Her work as a concert producer led her to photograph concerts. While studying Arts Management, she got the opportunity to do an internship at one of the leading Czech festivals. It was then that she got her first glimpse behind the scenes of the music industry – and she was immediately hooked.

As a student, however, she did not have the means to attend concerts regularly. So she was looking for a way to be part of the music world, and the answer was clear: photography. The camera became her ticket into the world of live music, and also allowed her to explore and document the contemporary music scene.

Today, she has been a concert photographer for six years, and in that time she has captured countless bands and performers – from Yungblud to Foals to Sam Smith. For her, each image is a combination of two passions: visual art and music. This exhibition therefore has no specific concept – it is simply concert photography.

The opening will take place on Sunday, April 6, at 19:00, with DJ Pavel Aeling as an accompanist.
