The superchapel? It’s true! Better Lovers were formed after the dissolution of the stalwart of the Every Time I Die scene. The remaining members were joined by Greg Puciato (The Dillinger Escape Plan) and Will Putney (Fit for an Autopsy) and Better Lovers were able to start conquering the world stages

Driven by the same restless spirit and clarity of purpose, this band of veteran musicians rallied around a shared vision of creative fearlessness and undying energy. The musicians – Greg Puciato [vocals], Jordan Buckley [guitar], Will Putney [guitar, producer], Steve Micciche [bass], and Clayton “Goose” Holyoak [drums] – toy with chemistry bordering on magic and evolve naturally on their debut album, 2024’s Highly Irresponsible [Sharptone Records].

“The new album. First full-length album. It’s a typical thing, but we’re excited to start releasing it. Everybody really put their best foot forward and brought out the best in each other,” Puciato describes.

By challenging each other to move forward, Better Lovers is also shaping the challenge for heavy music to move forward with them. Better Lovers have found themselves and intend to show themselves and all their fans what they’re made of!
