Forty-seven-year-old singer-songwriter Samu Haber is a master of pop-rock ballads, the former frontman of the successful Finnish band Sunrise Avenue, which has released five albums since 2002 – the first three records sold over two million worldwide. Haber has been the main writer of all Sunrise Avenue’s hits (“Lifesaver”, “Hollywood Hills”, “Fairytale (Gone Bad)”, “Heartbreak Century” and especially his masterpiece single “Hollywood Hills”). In 2022, he released his first solo album Pelastetaan maailma, sung in Finnish, which shot to the top of the Finnish charts. He performs at Scandinavian festivals to audiences of thousands, and his tours sell out in hours. Haber composes other songs and appears as a judge in TV competitions in Germany.
This year, Samu Haber comes with a taster from his upcoming album, which will be sung in English. So far, the single “Gimme Your Hand” has been released and Samu will celebrate the release of his big solo album with a tour of European clubs – he will visit Prague for the first time.
