The oldest club in Prague. Music. Theater. Café
Two discoveries of the Czech pop scene on one stage. Christian Holler and David Málek are fresh new names on the roster of the music label Supraphon. A joint concert by both artists will take place as part of the Freezone series at Prague’s Rock Café on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
Christian Holler is a new talent on the Czech pop scene – a singer and songwriter who builds his music on sincerity, emotions, and strong melodies. His work draws from personal experiences, love, and memories of childhood. In his songs, he combines the distinctive sound of live guitars with modern pop beats, complemented by catchy melodies and his distinctive voice.
David Málek is a young, emerging pop-folk singer and songwriter from Brno, coming from a family of opera singers. He collaborates on his songs with experienced producer Lukáš Chromek, who has worked with leading Czech artists such as Ewa Farna, Sofian Medjmedj, and Mirai. David’s songs are characterized by a relaxed, cheerful melody and lyrics about life.
