During a trip to New York, singer-songwriter Rusty Brown visited Electric Lady, the recording studio founded by Jimi Hendrix. It was there that the studio’s infamous manager “Electric Mary Campbell” entered his life.Story after story of rock history roaming the studio had Rusty’s head spinning, his direction was clear and now he had a name, “ELECTRIC MARY”.

Since then Electric Mary have become world renowned for their explosive live shows that will make your brain explode, and back home in Australia they are considered one of the best, if not the best live band in the country. This Melbourne band have held their own while sharing the world’s stages with some of the most respected names in hard rock.
Whitesnake took them on tour, Judas Priest had them as support, Deep Purple had them in stadiums, England, France, Spain and Japan called on them… KISS, Alice Cooper, Motorhead, Def Leppard followed and even after a decade on the road Electric Mary continue to amaze rock music fans and media around the planet. On their most recent Australian tour, the band shared the same stage with Stone Temple Pilots, Bush, Cheap Trick and the mighty Rose Tattoo.

The 2008 album Down To The Bone received rave reviews around the world, including Rock Album of the Year by the UK’s Birmingham Mail ahead of Metallica and Queen. The band once recorded in an old church in New Jersey with Grammy Award-winning engineer/producer Jason Corsair (Soundgarden’s Superunknown), and their live album Alive in HELLDorado was recorded over two sold-out nights in the Basque Country, Spain. Mixed in Texas by American producer The Machine (White Zombie, Clutch and King Crimson), the album is a testament to the band’s killer live shows, and it’s no wonder they already count Iron Maiden, Whitesnake, Judas Priest and E Street Band guitarist Steven Van Zandt among their growing number of admirers.

Ten years, four studio albums… a live album… three EPs… dozens of US and European tours… Broken teeth, broken bones and destroyed records In 2022, The Mary’s will release a new EP and once again tour the world to showcase their uniquely Australian brand of take-no-prisoners Rock N Roll.

American rock band THE MERCURY RIOTS is a new band formed by members of popular Los Angeles bands Warner Drive, The Brave Ones and the infamous Bullets And Octane. This power-trio brings swing and prowess to the stage. With the soaring guitars of Felipe Rodrigo, the unique and charismatic vocals of bassist/frontman Zachary Kibbee, and the rocksteady pulse of Jonny Udell on drums, THE MERCURY RIOTS will definitely be a crowd favorite.
