In One Fragment at a Time, Cinzia, an adopted young woman who has just arrived in Prague, stands beneath the Astronomical Clock holding a DNA test that claims to map her identity. At midnight, a mischievous guide pulls her into a fast-moving musical journey where each hour opens a new cultural world with its own rhythm, language, and way of seeing. The show is warm and funny, with the occasional interruption from a very confident character who believes identity should come with clear labels. As the night unfolds, Cinzia’s question shifts. By the time it ends, she learns that DNA may offer clues, but it cannot contain a life.
